Moshé Mizrahi is a film director. He has directed 14 films in both Israel and France. Three of his films were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, I Love You Rosa, The House on Chelouche Street and Madame Rosa, with the latter winning the award.
His landmark film, Les Stances a Sophie, had gone practically unseen for twenty eight years until 2008 when it was re-released and profiled in The FADER by Alexander Geoffrey Frank.
Today, Moshe lives in Israel leading a movie-making workshop in Tel Aviv University. His wife teaches acting class at Tel-Aviv University.
