This is a wonderful film of a personal journey between Israel and Germany. The director unveils step by step an unspoken family mystery, the story of Feivke Schwarz, the allegedly lost brother, a Jew from Vilnia who became after the war Peter Schwarz a German communist, living not far from Berlin, while his sister emigrated to Israel and founded a family. The film shows in a very touching way how difficult the approach between Israelis and Germans of the 2nd and 3rd generations still can be, even or especially within in a family.
